By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service ranks and compares credit cards using editorial criteria and lets signed-in users track the cards they already have — including open dates, welcome bonuses, whether a first-year annual fee was waived, and which credits, bonuses, and benefits they have used. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Accounts are created and authenticated through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others or share your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the card tracking information you enter, including open dates, bonus amounts, fee-waiver status, and benefit usage. The Service simply organizes what you tell it; it cannot verify your entries.

The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Credit card rankings, editorial content, value estimates, and benefit checklists are informational only and are not recommendations to apply for, keep, or cancel any product. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Credit card offers, bonuses, fees, credits, benefits, and terms change frequently and may differ by applicant. Values shown are estimates and assumptions, not guarantees. You should verify all card details directly with the card issuer before applying for a card or relying on any benefit.

We do not guarantee that any tracking reminders, credit or bonus deadlines, or benefit checklists are complete, accurate, or timely. You are responsible for confirming deadlines and benefit terms with the issuer. Do not rely on the Service as your sole reminder for time-sensitive benefits.

Some links to card issuers may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not influence our editorial rankings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent authentication or security;
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service's content except as expressly permitted;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service or its APIs.

The Service may link to card issuers and other third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, offers, or privacy practices. Your dealings with those third parties are solely between you and them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerkPilotProand the Service's owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed benefits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Although the Service does not store credit card numbers or account credentials, no website or database can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards. You use the Service at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service does not store credit card numbers, card account numbers, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or issuer login credentials, and that you should never enter such information into the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerkPilotProfrom any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version and effective date, and — where appropriate — ask you to accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
