Marking benefits used
You mark benefits in two places. On the Dashboard, the “Upcoming Deadlines” list shows what’s due soon. On a card’s detail page, every benefit is listed by category for the current period. In both places each benefit has three buttons: “Used it All” (you used the whole benefit), “Partial” (for dollar credits — log just the amount you used), and “Not Using”.
Made a mistake, or a credit didn’t actually post? On the card’s detail page, used benefits show an undo arrow to mark them unused again. Benefits that repeat within a year (for example a monthly credit) expand to show each period so you can mark them individually.
For a benefit you know you’ll never use, choose “Not Using” (it’s in the same spot on both the Dashboard and the card’s detail page). That opts it out — it disappears from your deadlines and stops counting toward the card’s potential value, so your numbers reflect how you really use the card. Changed your mind? Opted-out benefits collect in a “Not Using” section on the card page with an “Opt Back In” button.
Frequently asked questions
“Used it All” records the benefit’s full value as captured. “Partial” (dollar credits only) lets you log just the amount you actually used — say $120 of a $200 credit — so your totals reflect exactly what you got. “Not Using” removes a benefit you’ll never touch from your totals and reminders so estimates stay realistic; it doesn’t count as value captured.
